Fascinating article. What Im gathering from reading it is that the micorbes did not have arsenic as one of the building blocks of their DNA but rather after being exposed to it began to utilize it as a building block, in the DNA backbone. DNA has two building blocks in the backbone - deoxyribose sugar and phosphate and the bases that make up the 'rungs' of the ladder of the DNA are adeine, guanine, thyamine and cytosine (for those of you that said there are only two bases or its all carbon based or whatever previoulsy). Anyhow, This would support the theory of natural selection and evolution as those best adapted to their new and arsenic ridden environment were best able to pass on their genes to the next generation and survive.

Evolution is not soemthing you believe in or dont believe in. It is a scientific theory. You either accept the scientific evidence for evolution or you reject it, there is no belief involved, its not a belief system like religion is.

Some special kind of ass-hole find the formula for life, the very chemistry of life in the Bible? The book of Genesis clearly outlines the role of the Nephilem in human affairs! Does anybody read that version of the creation story? What of the books of the bible that were discredited, removed from the old, original bible? What did they have to say?
Reaching back even further, just what is really written on the walls of the pyramids? As interpreted by whom? When?
India has recorded history of what appears to be flying machines, nuclear attacks? Anybody ever allow these writings to affect scientific notions? Can man's mind work only in absolutes, not accept paradox?
