Need a amplifier for Philips Home Theater speakers

I have a Philips FW D39 mini hi-fi dvd system. It stops working. Now It has 2 speakers which are labeled 2x50w RMS/1800w pmpo and in the back of speaker it says 6 ohm impedance. I need an amplifier for these two speakers so that I can connect them with my computer. Any suggestions on which amplifier should I get. I don't want my speakers to blow with wrong amp so I need some advise which specifications the amp should have for these speakers to match.

Any amplifier which is stable into 6 ohms and produces between 20-50 watts per channel should be fine.
