Need a youtube intro/banner/outro

Hello,
I am looking for someone who could make me a free youtube intro/banner/outrlo, i want to make a gaming channel where i play a lot of different games. My youtube name will be HazardGaming. Also if you know a good screen recorder whigh i can use to record web browser because i currently use dxtory but i cant record my web browser with it.
I am looking for something free with no watermark, time limit.

use OBS for streaming to twitch and recording or Nvidia shadow play, for a intro and outro make sure its only 5 seconds and not overly load, people hate long loud intro's, dont be "that" youtuber
