Need approval on possible gaming laptop

Hello, I have found a pc at a price I like and I would like to know if it could run games like skyrim at medium with a steady 30fps or terraria with no dips in performance.

The specs are:
Intel Core i7 2729QM 2.20GHz Processor
16GB Memory
17.3" Screen
DVD +/- RW Drive
NVIDIA Quadro 3000M 2048MB

Please reply very quickly as I need to purchase it by 8pm British time

It should be able to handle skyrim as it can handle metro 2033 which is more intense in my opinion. But beware that quadrino cards are made for 3d graphic professionals and not for gaming. If you can find a geforce equivalent like the gt 840m in a laptop, you should get better performance.

Thanks! I found a 840m computer with and i7 and 8gb of ram which I got my eye on now. Will that be able to handle games like the sims 4 at around medium and minecraft maxed out?
