Need Assistance :- No boot device found press any key to reboot

I have bought a new laptop(Model - Dell Inspiron I5558) with Windows 10 OS.

Issue :- I forgot my windows login password, To reset/create a new account through boot options,I did some changes to boot options(UEFI to --> LEGACY). After that, I am not able to enter into boot options as well due to the below error

Error:- NO BOOT DEVICE FOUND. PRESS ANY KEY TO RESTART/something. What ever the key we press, system is getting restarted and again looping to the same stage.

Any help on the issue fix is greatly appreciated.

reset the bios to default. why did you change "UEFI to --> LEGACY" as that is your problem?
