How to get it my Magnavox video cassette recorder /DVD Player to work to my Hisense LED LCD TV 32H3E and which wires i use ?

Use the RCA jacks on the HiSense - with that VCR/DVD I'd say it's probably your only option, unless the Magnavox has HDMI, which I really doubt.

RCA JACKS ARE THE COLOR WIRES?

On the VCR/DVD there will be a yellow RCA jack labeled video out. There will also be a white RCA jack labeled left audio out and a red one labeled right audio out.
Check the manual of the TV. It should show you where on the TV are the input you connect these. The cables you use should have the same colors as the jacks but don't really have to. It's just easier if they do.
