Need Help regarding the Temps of Laptop

Hello
Recently my laptop has been spiking temps first idling at 30-40 centigrade
now jumping to 60 in idle state
some people in locale advised me to change the thermal paste
The link and images below show the Model and temps at idle of my laptop
Any Help regarding the matter would he highly appreciated
Note:The Warranty just expired before this problem started so cant avail it

Has this problem always been like this? Have the temps always been this hot or did you just start monitoring the temperatures?

Make sure your fans are working, dust it out with compressed air, and maybe reapply thermal paste.

Yes im computer conscious and i have monitored the Lappy since buying it.
This temp jump occurred 2 days before i made the post
So i wanted to ask that whther its a chipset issue or a simple thermal paste replacement job
