Need help removing Asus K55VJ keyboard?

My dad and I am trying to replace a keyboard from my notebook. We are complete novices when it comes to technology and need some help. Literally every single screw from the back of the computer is out, yet we cannot take off the frame holding the keyboard (or whatever it is called). Does anyone have any idea what we are doing wrong? Thanks

Here is a video of someone disassembling a K55VD. Perhaps it is identical to yours (aside from internal specs). If so, the first 7-8 minutes of the video should be enough to get you where you want to go.
