Need help solving this.

I brought this Hp notebook yesterday.. Today I updated my graphic driver. After that my laptop starting crashing and dint respond at all. Then I uninstalled the graphic drivers. Still the problem remained. So I reset my pc. Will this help me solve problem? If not please suggest me a solution. And what are all necessary or essential things I should do after resetting?

If this is a brand new laptop, you need to return it and have them give you one that is working correctly.
