Need Help with Kaspersky Install

Hello,
I am trying to load Kasperky Internet Security 2011 and it keeps putting a little icon saying new 'hardware' (?) was installed in my task bar and then the system crashes and I get a blue screen. I've removed all traces of any other Antivirus I've had on the computer before installing. I even had tech support send me instructions as to how to prepare my computer for the install. Now they are closed until after Labor Day and I'm stuck without any protection and can't install the product I paid for. Any suggestions? Running Win XP Home.

I got a refund. Kaspersky tech support FINALLY told me there are known issues with Kaspersky 2011 Internet Security and Win XP. They should have disclosed this on their website before letting people purchase this item. Lost my faith in Kaspersky.
