need help with viruses

Hello , i've having trouble with some viruses , i believe i have two viruses , one is when everytime i plug in my flash drive or any other flash drive, this appears :

And the 2nd one is when i open a program for example if i open "program.exe" a file named "program.mgr" appears , can someone tell me what i should do carefully to remove these viruses from my computer and my flash drives??
