Need helping narrowing down a laptop

I'm going to be using the laptop for gaming, autoCAD, and Civil 3d, along with movies and the general stuff. I've got it narrowed down to these 3 I think:

Core i5 6200u
8gb ram
Nvidia gtx 950m 2gb
1tb hdd and 128gb ssd

Asus X550JX-DB71 (Refurbished) ~ 679.99usd
Core i7 4720HQ
8gb ram
Nvidia gtx 950m 2gb
1tb hdd

Acer Aspire E E5-574G-75N8 ~ 569.99usd
Core i7 6500u
8gb ram
Nvidia 940m 2gb
1tb hdd

Does anyone have any experience with refurbished laptops as that scares me a bit and whether the quad core processor will be noticeable or worth it compared to no SSD.
