its quite alot under your prioce range but wow does it have a bang for its buck, now im no cheesy microsoft salesman or anything but this headet is wicked, great clear mic, good sound, there not your turtle beaches but hey you wanted a nice cheap mic right?
this as you can see isnt built in but the mic still works even if it isnt your default device, meaning you can record voice through the mic while listening to audio out of your speakers/other headphones. (perfect for live comms!)
it picks up quite a lot of background noise by default but with a quick play around in sound settigns you can tweek it so you cant hear a thing going on, if you like to play while jammin' to some beats withiout giving other a hard time
thats the cheaper option or you can go for this,

what more do i need to say, its a Blue snowball mic, and within your price range, you would be stupid not to buy this thing, it is quite frankly the best on the market for that price by a long way too.
hope this helps you make a decision on the matter, there is one more that i want to link because it is also really good for the money, if you didnt want the Blue snowball id buy a lifechat and one of these (http
