Need my tv hooked to cable with out box

I need to figure out what source my Olevia Model #532-B12 has to be on I do not have a remote had to get universal and I tried putting regular cable cord in cause I have no box.. My other tv is the same way and I had no problem..

well sorry to tell you this but you are going to need a box to go from your digital cable to your non digital television.
because in the manual on page 9 only Antenna/vhf/uhf connectivity.

so likely you need a digital to analogue cable tv signal converter box... pretty cheap solution.
