Need to know how to factory reset SLTDVD9220?

I have a Sylvania Portable DVD Player/Tablet, model number SLTDVD9220. My girlfriend created a password for herself as the master user, and now she can't remember what it is. How can factory reset this thing, as the tiny reset button only restarts the device, and doesn't actually reset it at all? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
