Netbook not turning on after screen replacement!

Hello, I broke my Acer Aspire One 725 - 0826's screen a few months ago. I connected the netbook to an external display a few days after the incident and it worked flawlessly. Now two months later I finally get the screen in the mail and replace the screen. When I tried turning on the netbook all the normal lights turn on and the laptop makes the buzzing noise you would expect coming from a laptop but a few seconds later the netbook turns dead silent but the lights deeming the system is on still light up. I am very confused on what is going on; I tried plugging it in to an external display again but it didn't work. I need some help, thanks.

Check the screen connections, sounds like you may have missed one, most laptops have 3 or more cables for the screens.
