Netflix and HBO go not working on Samsung Tv?

When click Netflix it says to go do a software update....did that, but says no update available.

HBO won't play either.

Tried reinstall apps but tools button won't let me.

Any suggestions?

I have a similar problem. My UE55H6600 was bought in Germany and i cannot download HBO Go app...i simply cannot find it. The guys from Samsung told me it is because of the country i bought the TV from (Germany), and because of the Hub. I tried to change the countries but still no results. Please help!
