Hello Tomshardware!
I'm currently looking for a new Headset, but just not with a mic.
The following reason is that I'm going to buy Blue yeti, at the start next month.
And currently i can only afford from a range to $0-206 and 0-168 euros.
I really hope anyone can help me out!
Oh yeah, I'm only playing Counter-Strike:GO and Dota 2, soo i don't know how important a soundcard would be on this motherboard: http://www.asrock.com/mb/intel/z87%20extreme6/
Sorry for any grammar issue, I'm not the best at english
And thanks for all help incoming! :)

Get the Audio-Technica ATH-M50x. They're $170 on Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HVLUR86/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_dp_ss_1?pf_rd_p=1944687522&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B000ULAP4U&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=0GVPS24WHF8HNQ8495DM) and they have a removable cable. These are some amazing headphones and I would recommend picking these up. They are extremely comfortable, don't feel heavy after long periods of time, and they have amazing sound quality. 110% recommend these.

Pretty much any motherboard (especially higher end boards like that one) has a good sound card. Unless you are doing a lot of work with audio that needs to be very precise then you don't need a dedicated sound card. Hope that answers your question

I'm gonna agree with flamefire999, the m50x is a really good headphones at the price range, its a benchmark for headphones in term of clarity and sound quality around the price range. The sound stage if these cans are pretty small though, as they are open back ones.

Of course, there are always more than 1 choice, the Sennheiser HD 558 is a very good headphones for its price too, it is also an open back one so you would get more sound stage by trading off sound isolation, which I think helps in determining enemies position.

So it depends on you need, if you want sound isolation, go for the m50x, the HD558 have practically zero sound isolation, which lets it provide more sound stage for better audio quality, its all down to your preference.
