New gaming/school laptop under $700.00

I am planning to buy a new laptop to replace my the eight year old dell Dps 1710 I have. I need this laptop for school but as well when I am at class and have free time at work or school I would like to play a few games. Mainly DIABLO 3 when it releases. My main system at home is a beast so this laptop is something I want to get me by since I am out of the house often. I would like to spend $700.00 or less. I will paste the system requirements for Diablo 3 if that helps. I appreciate any and all advice.
