New HP 4710s laptop power up itself after "shut down"

Just bought a new HP laptop with Vista preinstalled. When it's shut down (start -> shut down)....it shut's down and within 0-4 minutes it power up itself.
Wake on Lan is disablet in BIOS.
Wlan disablet in Vista.
Only a USB microsoft mouse is connected and ethernet cable internet (to a switch)... now wireless internet.
Windows update is not set to download and install updates by itself.
Avast antivirus pro.

I really can't understand this.

I hope somebody kan help me, thanks.
