Question Newbie Matching TV and Audio

I am considering purchasing the 55 or 65” Hisense U88N television and Hisense HS5100 soundbar speaker system. I would like to have a theatre experience if possible on a budget. Am I correct that the Hisense tv has dolby atmos but the speaker system does not? If this is the case would I be better to pair the tv with a dolby atmos speaker system such as the Samsung HW-Q990B, to get a better overall experience?

Any insightful feedback would be really appreciated.
