No audio in centre speaker

hi....m usin sony dav-dz390k dvd home theatre system which is connected to ma pc through co-axial connection.when i play some dolby featuring(also dts) files everythin is proper....but when i play mp3 files there is no output from the centre speaker ....pls help....m usin onboard sound card...ma mother board is gigabyte ex 58 extreme .....also comment abt ma speakers 😉 :lol:

Thats usually because its a stereo output feed, where the center speaker is set to voice only in movie platform, and isnt used in stereo for music.
Does this happen in movies as well?

yes it happens wit movies as well i.e. if m playin downloaded movie files wid dvds its workin fine.......if i select dolby digital live 5.1 as my default format i experience this problem.........if 2 channel 48000hz studio quality is selected as my default output and prologic 2 in my decoder centre speaker seems to be workin....
