New laptop Satelit C50-A-1JT wont start with meni diferent bootable disks win 7, win 8 and XP

Are you trying to boot from a USB or your HDD? Make sure your BIOS boot priority is set straight, if USB is over HDD and you dont have a bootable OS on your USB, it will give you that error.

And you have some sort of OS installation on the DVD right? Gotta make certain of that first, make sure the installation in the DVD isn't corrupt.

If it wont detect the ODD, if you have any 4 > gig USB drives, you can install the ISO on them using the Windows 7 DVD Download Tool or Universal USB Installer (I recommend this since installing OS from USB is much faster than a DVD). Then put the USB at the top of the boot list and see how things go from there. Or if you dont have that, try using another DVD.
