No cable box in Office

Hello,
How can I watch tv in office? No cable box close by. I have a computer in the office. If I plug in a tv that plugs into usb on computer what will I get? Will I just get static? Can I watch the same programs that are playing in the rest of my home with no box or no way to connect to any of the boxes from the office?

Right now you can view/watch web programming. TV via NBC.com or ABC.com
(there will be commercials) Join Netflix and watch movies and such.
Not sure what the USB port is for( need tv model #)
No, without the setup you have at home you cannot have the same lineup at work.
