No signal report on some channels on Sony Digital Terrestr..

Hi all,
I have a Sony VTX-D800U Digital Terrestrial Receiver
I am getting reports of no signal on ITV1-ITV2 and Channel 4. from around
two days ago, I only found out because recording did not record!
I am in a strong signal area from Rowbridge.
do I need to re scan for the channels again?

Yes, they've moved Mux 2 on Rowbridge.

Many thanks,
I was asked for a pin no to retune!
I wrote everything down when I installed it but could not see one so I
enterd:0000
it retuned.
how are we supposed to get a pin no?

Looks like you did, I'm sure you can set a new parental number in the menus.
