No wireless option in venue 11 pro 5130 (Win10 64-bit)

I have a Dell Venue pro 11 5130 laptop with Win10 64-bit installed in it and I cannot access the wireless network. It doesn't even have a wireless option available. I installed latest drivers from Dell. I would imagine it has something to do with 64-bit version of Win10. The second weird problem is that I tried to install 32-bit version but it won't boot from the usb (ntfs or fat32). The 64-bit version was installed from SCCM but I don't have 32-bit option available.

Does the wireless appear in device manager? Is there an F key or something to turn wireless on and off?

The wireless does appear in dm and according to the guide there is no physical button or combination for wifi.

from guide:
Touch Settings → Available → Select an available network → Connect

But there is no wireless option.

And there's nothing on the taskbar if you select the (((( thing bottom right?

Only LAN and mobile (for SIM-card). and sorry. "Dell wireless 5570e HSPA+ (42Mbps) Mobile Broadband Card" appears in the dm not the wireless.

Looks like previous updates broke the wifi. But that was in 2013/2014

But, in win8, not win10
