non bluetooth speaker

i bought a new bluetooth usb adapter
and i've 2.1 speakers which support usb stick
i connected my usb adapter to speakers
so that i can play music wirelessly.but unfortunately my usb bluetooth not showing in my mobile phone to play audio through bluetooth audio device

If you bought a usb bluetooth adapter that was meant for a PC it would need drivers and power to be able to operate.
If your speakers only have a usb "input" then you can't get your phone to pair because their is no power for the adapter and no drivers.
If your speakers have other inputs such as a mini plug or optical then a different bluetooth receiver would work.
