Non-working netbook keys

Suddenly the letters t and y on my keyboard don't work. Did not spill anything, but tried removing and cleaning them, with no change/success. I did not disassemble or do anything else to the netbook. It's a Dell, not a great thing but it's all I have!

What else could it be? How to fix? Any ideas are welcome.

What's the model?. You'll surely find that keyboard at Ebay for about 50 dollars, not cheap. You can also get the individual keys at sites like www.replacementlaptopkeys.com/‎ or laptopkey.com, they sell for about 5 bucks for a single key (including key, hinge and cup, the parts for a key), never tried that, so I'm not sure replacing a key will fix it.
