Not Sure What Audio Piece to Repair for Inspiron 15 7000 Series 7559

So I plugged in a USB to Audio Jack piece that is used to charge some old bluetooth Beats Wireless headphones and blew out something in my laptop. This caused the left and right speakers to no longer work, along with the audio jack and the subwoofer to no longer work. (Subwoofer sounds like its 8-bit and is super quiet)

To repair this, would I need a new motherboard or would I need to just replace the speakers and the subwoofer?

Hi, it seems that you have burned the audio codec chip.

Unless you open that laptop and do some measurements, you won't know whether speakers are OK or not.
Do you get sound when you plug ordinary 3.5mm headphones?
Do your USB ports still work?

USB Ports work just fine, when you plug anything inside of the headphone jack it puts out a white noise sound
