I recently purchased a phone from WISH it claims to be a Note 30 Ultra.
Hardware MT6899
Cpu Cores 10 Core
Phone Total Memory 512.0 GB + 12.0 Gb
Android Version 10
What do you know if anything about this phone?
Best buy says it cannot activate it here in the states. Any Help?

Seems you have a phone that may not exist (not publicly available). Do you have a link to the exact item?

I suppose you could have a prototype, but those can't legally be sold to consumers (typically).

The only link I can give is to the Wish web site and ask for the note 30

I purchased the phone on line directly from china. I went to best buy to have them transfer the information from one phone to the other, I'm a senior and need some tech things to be done by others because I'm not that savvy. My service provider is at&t. I will will contact them to see if if they can get my new phone to work.

You have what is most likely a counterfeit product. BB will not assist you.
