Notebook Rc530 Samsung HDMI and vga output

I believe that VGA output is connected to Intel graphics rather than Nvidia GeForce 540m
Can someone tell me if same goes with HDMI port or HDMI port is connected to Geforce

in other words lid and monitor are crashed
can i still use nvidia via external ports
