Novatech W12 or ASUS 1215N HELP!

I've been looking at notebooks. The Novatech W12 and ASUS 1215N for christmas. But I don't know which one to get because the 1215N has got :-
Intel Atom D525 1.8GHz + ION2
2GB RAM
250GB HDD

Up to 7hrs battery life
12.1" Screen
Windows 7 Home Premium

The Novatech W12 has got :-
AMD Neo MV-40 @ 1.6GHz
2GB RAM
500GB HDD
ATI Radeon 1250 Mobile Graphics
12.1" Screen
Available Operating System
No Operating System
Windows 7 Home Premium
Windows 7 Professional

I don't know at all what do you think?

Well, the first question is, how do you plan to use either, i.e. gaming, office, internet, etc...? if you are a gamer, even casual, I'd suggest something with a bit more "guts" to it. If not though and you plan to use it for just Internet and such, you'll be fine. How much are they?
