Solved! NowTV abroad

I subscribed to Now TV in the UK for my Roku, and I'm lead to believe that I can watch on up to 6 different devices.
I know now that I need a VPN router to connect my Roku from here in Thailand, but I can't even log on to my NowTV account from any device to manage my subscriptions. This includes devices connected to a UK vpn.
I also have an Amazon firestick and have one of our TVs connected to the UK using Nord vpn, but NowTV won't let me log in on that either.
Any ideas?
