Numlock laptop keys not working

Hello,
The numlock keys on my laptop are not responding except "P" which types "*" and two others seem to scroll left and right. I have tried changing the Mouse Key settings - didn't work.
Is there a way to fix it?

Go to the manufacturers website and check for the specifications of the keyboard used in that laptop. Also check to see if they are using a specific driver for the numeric pad in that model.
Download the latest drivers and bios updates from them and then do the update.
