NVIDIA 820M overheating

I have Nvidia 820 M GPU and it's heating to about 75 degree C leading to lag in lot of games... Any suggestions ??

its a laptop right?
there is nothing much you can do in laptop cooling
if its too old then you can try clenaning its heatsinks if you can
and see if its possible for you to change its thermal paste and i what i think is the GPU is not very powerfull its just entry level the games are gonna lag anyway that depends on the game you are playng and the GPU wont throttle unless it reach@ 85-90'C
