NVIDIA GTX950M vs GTX860M vs GTX770M

Hi Guys!

I plan to buy a new laptop, having a problem with choosing between Asus ROG and MSI GE/GT Series.

The specifications are mostly the same ( All have 4TH Gen i7 and Full HD Screen, Windows 8 OS, 12GB DDR3 RAM 1600MHz )
But they vary in the GPU

Out of all, which would be the best GPU to pick? Some reference games I play ( Skyrim, Fallout 3, GTA 4-5 )

- MSI GT60 2OC-i7081
- MSI GE60 2PE Apache Pro

Of the 3 listed the 770M would have the best performance, followed by the 860M and then the 950M.

I think I would go with the MSI GT60 2OC-i7081 since they all use the same processor and chipset. This one and the Apache are close enough in the graphics department that if you liked the features better on the Apache, that would also be a good pick.

I am actually kind of sad I can't pick the ROG, design wise it wins 10/10 for me, but you are right the GT60 wins since it has an option for 2 SSD ( msata ) at raid 0 config

You should probably Google customer support for the two brands and see which is better in the event you have any problems.
