That depends entirely on the printer.
On mine, you remove them from the output space, and put them exactly as they are into the paper tray. No flipping or reordering.

You can print it no problem. It may just take a little bit longer, as the data spools into the printer.

tried this way, it works, but the problem is:
e.g i chose to print 1-100
1st phase give me 50 sheet with odd numbers
page n1 is at the bottom, and page 99 is on top, with blank side at top
if i take all of these sheet and try to put it inside, i get page n2 at the back of page 99

so for the 2nd phase is there anyway to tell the printer to print from page 100 to 2 instead of 2 to 100?

Not to my knowledge.
I guess, you'll have to reorder them manually.

Adobe Reader has "Reverse pages" checkbox in print dialog btw.

Depends on your printer.
Mine will:

I just did a test print, 4 pages with only the words One, Two, Three, Four printed on them.
Page Four came out first.
