On an old tv there does not appear to be a headphone hole?

On an old tv the is no headphone hole. Can I use the vga audio video holw?

VGA (15-pin, three-row D-shaped connector) does not carry audio, and even if you have it on your TV, it's an input, not an output.

Easy one to answer - - - you cannot use headphones with that TV
