On-screen keyboard with HOLD function? Anyone?

I need an on-screen keyboard that have the "hold" function. Because I have this game where I need the 'F5' button to be held down for 24 hours. I am using win7 ultimate x64 and the on-screen keyboard doesnt have that function. Can anyone tell me what program should I use? Because my keyboard is acting weird, when I press and hold the f5 button,(i usually put a coin between the f5 & f6 so its stuck there) it shutsdown the pc & sometimes open the search window. That's why I need an on-screen keyboard. Thank you!

I looked ad the Onscreen Keyboard and sadly I have to let know that it's not complete at all. 😱

So, I would recomment to download one and use that one.
