Onboard GPU Issues

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 5557 which has an intel onboard GPU and a Nvidia 930 M dedicated GPU, however, when I disable the onboard one it says that i have disconnected my Nvidia one (which is not true).
After I disabled the onboard GPU in the Device Manager I ran into some problems in autocad, in which it said that I could not use Hardware Acceleration. Then a prompt appeared with a link to the Tuner Log, where I found some really weird text strings:

These laptops are designed to use the dedicated graphics only when needed. I wouldn't mess with it, let the laptop manage it. There may be guides out there on making the laptop use dedicated all the time but you will have to Google it.
