Oneplus 2 camera not as expected

Hello,
a few days ago I received my Oneplus 2 and it should shoot videos at 4k resolution but the camera is not as I expected it to be. I've seen videos from other people with the Oneplus 2 and they look A LOT better.

Is it the settings?

Those are the reasons it might be not as expected.

Yeah, the vertical shooting needs to go. In shooting 4K good lighting is crucial.
Try recording with the Oneplus 2 turned horizontally and during the day with natural light and see if you can tell a difference.
