Onkyo Receiver hook up

I have a Onkyo receiver and I have a TCL TV and the Blu-ray DVD player that I’m trying to connect together and I cannot figure it out can someone please help

DVD -> Onkyo (best picture, audio will be with HDMI cable)
Onkyo -> TV with HDMI cable. If your TV supports ARC, choose that in both TV and Onkyo, so you can listen to TV' sound thru Onkyo.

Might help if we knew the model numbers for each component.
