Only types in capital letters even though my caps lock is off

My computer is doing this crazy thing where when I go to forever21.com and I try to log on to my account it will only type in capital letters even though my caps lock is off so I am not able to log on to my account. It only does this on the forever21 site and I cannot figure it out. If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it.

If it's only happening on the forever21 site, then it sounds like a problem on their end. Might have better luck if you contact their customer support instead.
