Outlook continuously disconnects and asks for log in.

A friend of mine has been having issues with outlook ever since he took it with him on a road trip.

Outlook will disconnect and ask for him to log in. This repeatedly happens throughout the day. If he clicks "ok" enough times he will be able to log in. However this can take upwards of 20 minutes to work. The windows just reappears after minutes of being logged in. All help is appreciated.

Tell your friend to tick the little box for "Save this password ..........................." after entering the log in details.

Outgoing server changed. Entered the updated address and the pop up to log in is no longer appearing.
