Overheat when charging

I recently got my laptop and have seen that the motherboard and the cpu overheat0 when i am charging it(around 95 °C) while it drops down when i am not(around 60-65 °C).Could anyone help?I am also using a cooler but it doesnt seem to help a lot.

Yeah i am using it.Browsing the internet and downloading some stuff.I am using a Turbo-x.

I don't see a reason for it to reach 95 degrees then, try contacting the manufacturer of the laptop directly or the seller, see if its a common problem or some sort of configuration your using
