P4 3.0C multiplier !

I have asus p4p800-e-deluxe with a P4 3.0c multiplier thats locked
I know this is not an ES butt if Intel locks the multipliers then is a way to unlock them ! so ????
I reached max Fsb 248 more cannot go if i put 249 then resets bios :|
help unlock the multiplier !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And also if you have your fsb at 248 that equates to an effective fsb speed of almost 1ghz (992 to be exact) which is almost that of an EE processor. As far as i know your multiplier is 15 so that equates to a speed of 3.720ghz. Have you tried raising your chipset voltage and your cpu voltage slightly? Also how good is your cooling and what temps are you running?

No it isn't. Just because they lock it doesn't mean it can be unlocked. If i kill someone it doesn't mean i can bring them back to life. What a crap analagy that was but hopefully you get the gist.

I lowered the ram from 500 mhz to 266 the cpu voltage was 1.80V
and still cant go to 4000 mhz ( i want to reach 4000 mhz !!! how can i do it ? WA HELP

Up your chipset voltage and how good is your cooling AND what temps are you pulling.

now the cpu runes normal 3000 mhz at 34º with a termaltake cooler fan that runes 2500 rpm :|

Check those out. They both state that you should not go above 1.8 volts

my max overclock at my cpu was 3875mhz bus was 1001 i think voltage was 1.85V and i cant go 125 mhz more ( waaaaaa

How are ES unlocked? Easy, they never locked them. The multiplier lock is "burned in", why don't you open up your CPU and see if you can solder back the blown pathways?

You are not likely to get a Northwood much above 3.7GHz no matter what the multiplier unless you have some extreme form of cooling like phase change. I wouldn't run that CPU at 1.8v for very long. In fact I wouldn't run it that high ever. At that voltage your CPU could die at any minute wihtout notice.
