Panasonic Viera 58DX700B Broken

Anyone know a solution to this problem I have, I only bought the TV about 1 week ago and now every time I start the TV it flashes static for a second and then cable TV won't work or none of the apps will load but the apps menu will. I also can't change source either not sure what to do.

Broken week old TV should be exchanged by the seller. If not contact Panasonic.
