Partition Recovery Software

I am looking for a good partition recovery software. I have a RAID 50 set up, 2TB+ of drive space. Had two partitions on it, ran diskpart clean on the wrong disk and lost the data. No additional data has been written to the drive. The machine has not been powered off either. Contained 1 VM and .VHD - Looking for something to restore file structure as well. Ran Disk Internals recovery and it freezes halfway through the scan, has more than enough resouces but I understand it is a large amount of data. Ran recuva and it found many files but wasn't sure about restoring with this application. I have scanned but not yet ran a restore process for this. Have my own external drive dedicated to the recovery process. Any suggestions??
