Paypal Validation Assistance

Hello again,
Im wondering if I validate my paypal with my debit, will my bank account be charged for when ever i use my paypal to purchase online goods/ Services?
I just wanna put and use money on Paypal via Greenpaks, and not have to dip into my savings.

Yes, tying an account or debit/credit card to your paypal account will validate it. Paypal will always use the paypal balance to pay for items, as long as there is enough in the account. If your payment exceeds the balance in your paypal account, it will take the rest from the account/card tied to the account.
