PC Audio jack has one bud working and the other bud not working

So yesterday I came across a problem where one of my samsung earbuds were working and the other wasn't. I decided to buy a cheap $5 one as a temporary replacement. Over three different pairs of earbuds, all of them have the same problem of one bud only working.

I now come to realize that the PC is the problem rather than the earbuds, and I've uninstalled and reset my drivers.

Is there any way to fix this? Are there any replacements to my internal audio jack? Are there audio extenders that can fix this problem?

I don't know the mother board, but I am using a
HP Pavilion 17-E055NR

I haven't been able to find a replacement. If you find one, you'd have to disassemble the notebook and probably unsolder the one on the board.
